Banana Diet - Day 2

I can’t believe it’s only been two days…it feels like so much longer

So I found myself questioning if I could do this diet today. Those cravings were kicking in again and I almost lost it. We have so many yummy foods in our house and I wanted them so badly but…I decided not to even touch them and I won the war against food lol.

In the morning I ate two bananas and drank some water. It kept me pretty full until lunch time. I just had some of a sandwich from Subway, and that kept my tummy happy while I baby sat. I felt pretty busy but I still had time to think…which isn’t exactly a good thing when you’re craving chocolate cake lol.

Anyway, I held out until dinner and ate some rice with herbs and peppers, and a little turkey. I was pretty super full for the rest of the night. Even though I was practicing for a dance cover that I’m doing (it should be on my YouTube on Saturday).

I didn’t eat another banana for a snack so I felt like maybe I’m at least getting used to the diet a little bit. It all takes time though…

Banana Diet - Day 1

I think that the banana diet is something that could definitely work for me. I can see myself sticking to it for sure.

On Tuesday (when I started the diet) I woke up pretty late and realized that we didn’t have any bananas so I just ended up drinking water until around 1pm but I was pretty distracted since I was at the mall for most of the day anyway.

For lunch my family decided to go to Taco Bell which made me sad. I don’t like much at Taco Bell but I do loveee that Crunch Wrap Supreme. Since I couldn’t have that I had a “Cantina” bowl which is basically rice, beans, corn, lettuces, and guacamole. It was pretty good, and along with some water, super filling.

Later on I had a snack around 7pm when I was going to my friend/bf/potential bf/mutual crush/namja chingu/oppa/I seriously don’t even know what to call him’s house. Then I ate crab salad for dinner at around 9pm. I forgot about asking for rice but since I was full anyway, it didn’t matter much.

All in all I think it went well. I can see myself doing well with this diet, so hopefully it all works out. I did feel a bit tired at times but maybe that’s because I was at the mall all day. I felt a little hungry at times but that’s what happens when you’re mostly eating bananas and water all day right?
