(I started with the “Monday” diet)
Okay so this morning I ate oatmeal, a banana, and drank a glass of water. It was surprisingly filling and it got me through my 2 hour Japanese class with no problem :)
I ate lunch at about 12:30pm which was chicken breast salad…which is super yummy btw. For dinner it was different from the diet…I planned this dinner a while ago and I didn’t want to cancel on anyone so I went out and got some Korean food. I know that it’s generally healthy but it wasn’t in the diet so I feel bad about it…I’ll do better tomorrow! Especially since I’ll be home working on an essay all day tomorrow…and hopefully I can get in some workout time too.
Overall I felt like I had a lot of energy during the day, and I couldn’t stop smiling for some reason!
(I started with the “Monday” diet)
First of all, thank you to all of the new followers, and to the followers that stuck with me even through the extremely long absence. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.
I’m deeming May “Make me over May” (…too cheesy?? lol) I’m going to finally stop complaining about the things I don’t like about myself and finally do something about it. So I’m starting another diet!
And this time I’m going to ask that you all hold me accountable!
I think that with the “Banana Diet” I went in wayyyy too deep wayyyy too quickly. I just saw “increased bust” and I lost my mind trying to get to that lol. I couldn’t really handle the restrictions of the diet and I was constantly hungry…the plus side is that I did have some great improvements in health, stamina, I did loose weight, and my skin was super smooth after just a few weeks. I didn’t stick to it though…
That’s where you guys come in!
If you don’t see me posting something about this diet or excersise for a while…just hound me. I’m giving you permission to harass me. Spam my inbox, spam my instagram, spam my YouTube…just spam me and tell me to stay on track!
Words of encouragement, and your own stories of health and fitness will be greatly appreciated too! I hope that some of you will follow me on this journey! And I hope that some of you will do this diet plan with me!
Thank you all for reading
I love each and every one of you
And remember to stay healthy! Don’t hurt yourself to make it to your goal okay?
fitnessandiet asked: Do u no any other kpop diets?
Quite honestly most other kpop diets aren’t very healthy at all. It’s hard to find the ones that make sense and won’t actually cause damage to your health but here are some that I like.
- Changmin’s (from 2AM) diet. This diet is more for guys that are trying to develop more muscle tone. It could be used for woman as well, but it was originally developed for a man.
- Yoon Eun Hye’s (actress/ Baby VOX). You get to eat a lot with this diet, but it calls for mainly Korean food, so unless you can make it or know someone that can, then it may be difficult to follow.
- Jung Hye Young’s (actress - Playful Kiss) protein diet. This is one of the easiest ones because you get to eat lots of filling foods, but it’s still not super easy because you eat chicken at every meal. I like to use this diet when dance season starts for me.
I put all of the info about what to eat for these diets here
I hope this helps!
I can’t believe it’s only been two days…it feels like so much longer
So I found myself questioning if I could do this diet today. Those cravings were kicking in again and I almost lost it. We have so many yummy foods in our house and I wanted them so badly but…I decided not to even touch them and I won the war against food lol.
In the morning I ate two bananas and drank some water. It kept me pretty full until lunch time. I just had some of a sandwich from Subway, and that kept my tummy happy while I baby sat. I felt pretty busy but I still had time to think…which isn’t exactly a good thing when you’re craving chocolate cake lol.
Anyway, I held out until dinner and ate some rice with herbs and peppers, and a little turkey. I was pretty super full for the rest of the night. Even though I was practicing for a dance cover that I’m doing (it should be on my YouTube on Saturday).
I didn’t eat another banana for a snack so I felt like maybe I’m at least getting used to the diet a little bit. It all takes time though…
Beginning Weight: 130lbs
After Day 2: 128.6lbs
I think that the banana diet is something that could definitely work for me. I can see myself sticking to it for sure.
On Tuesday (when I started the diet) I woke up pretty late and realized that we didn’t have any bananas so I just ended up drinking water until around 1pm but I was pretty distracted since I was at the mall for most of the day anyway.
For lunch my family decided to go to Taco Bell which made me sad. I don’t like much at Taco Bell but I do loveee that Crunch Wrap Supreme. Since I couldn’t have that I had a “Cantina” bowl which is basically rice, beans, corn, lettuces, and guacamole. It was pretty good, and along with some water, super filling.
Later on I had a snack around 7pm when I was going to my friend/bf/potential bf/mutual crush/namja chingu/oppa/I seriously don’t even know what to call him’s house. Then I ate crab salad for dinner at around 9pm. I forgot about asking for rice but since I was full anyway, it didn’t matter much.
All in all I think it went well. I can see myself doing well with this diet, so hopefully it all works out. I did feel a bit tired at times but maybe that’s because I was at the mall all day. I felt a little hungry at times but that’s what happens when you’re mostly eating bananas and water all day right?
