Secret Diet - Day 1
(I started with the “Monday” diet)
Okay so this morning I ate oatmeal, a banana, and drank a glass of water. It was surprisingly filling and it got me through my 2 hour Japanese class with no problem :)
I ate lunch at about 12:30pm which was chicken breast salad…which is super yummy btw. For dinner it was different from the diet…I planned this dinner a while ago and I didn’t want to cancel on anyone so I went out and got some Korean food. I know that it’s generally healthy but it wasn’t in the diet so I feel bad about it…I’ll do better tomorrow! Especially since I’ll be home working on an essay all day tomorrow…and hopefully I can get in some workout time too.
Overall I felt like I had a lot of energy during the day, and I couldn’t stop smiling for some reason!
