I can’t believe it’s only been two days…it feels like so much longer
So I found myself questioning if I could do this diet today. Those cravings were kicking in again and I almost lost it. We have so many yummy foods in our house and I wanted them so badly but…I decided not to even touch them and I won the war against food lol.
In the morning I ate two bananas and drank some water. It kept me pretty full until lunch time. I just had some of a sandwich from Subway, and that kept my tummy happy while I baby sat. I felt pretty busy but I still had time to think…which isn’t exactly a good thing when you’re craving chocolate cake lol.
Anyway, I held out until dinner and ate some rice with herbs and peppers, and a little turkey. I was pretty super full for the rest of the night. Even though I was practicing for a dance cover that I’m doing (it should be on my YouTube on Saturday).
I didn’t eat another banana for a snack so I felt like maybe I’m at least getting used to the diet a little bit. It all takes time though…
