G.Na for Grazia Magazine

fitnessandiet asked: Do u no any other kpop diets?

Quite honestly most other kpop diets aren’t very healthy at all. It’s hard to find the ones that make sense and won’t actually cause damage to your health but here are some that I like.

  • Changmin’s (from 2AM) diet. This diet is more for guys that are trying to develop more muscle tone. It could be used for woman as well, but it was originally developed for a man.
  • Yoon Eun Hye’s (actress/ Baby VOX). You get to eat a lot with this diet, but it calls for mainly Korean food, so unless you can make it or know someone that can, then it may be difficult to follow.
  • Jung Hye Young’s (actress - Playful Kiss) protein diet. This is one of the easiest ones because you get to eat lots of filling foods, but it’s still not super easy because you eat chicken at every meal. I like to use this diet when dance season starts for me.

I put all of the info about what to eat for these diets here

I hope this helps!
